No: 5-2-68, First floor, Snehamayai Nagar, Saheb Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad - 500070. Hereafter, in the entire Website, the terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to LEARNING PRISM and the terms “them” or “these” refer to the ‘Terms of Use’ and “it” refers to the Product or Course offered. “Terms of Use” or just the word “Terms” refer to Terms & Conditions of Use for our website or Application. “You” refers to a Registered student or a Subscribed student. “User” is a student who has either Registered or Subscribed any Course from us. By visiting, accessing and purchasing or even downloading anything (documents or pictures) from our website, it would be a clear indication from your side that you have read all the terms of use of our website and willingly agreed to be bound to them. These will be applicable to be adhered even if you are not registered with us. Hence, we suggest you to read these Terms of Use before you start accessing, purchasing or even getting registered with us. If you feel that the terms stated here are inappropriate for you and do not wish to agree to them, please do not continue accessing our website and do not register or subscribe to any of our course.
The Product which we provide on our website is a Course, also called as a Video Course, which is a Digital Educational product that refers to Pre-recorded videos or LIVE interactive classes of the subject(s) mentioned on our site. It also refers to any documents like MS Word files, PDFs and also any pictures made available for use from time to time based on the requirement of the Course. We provide Live interactive sessions for doubts clarifications also, to those students who subscribe to the specified Course(s) where the live sessions are included in it. The Courses which we provide on our website are related to engineering education, particularly the first-year curriculum for the time being. We may be adding courses corresponding to other subjects or semesters from time to time in the near future, which will be informed to the Registered or Subscribed students through e-mail or messages to mobile. We are providing both Pre-recorded lectures and Live interactive video sessions for our Course(s) being offered. These live sessions also, will be recorded from our end and shall be provided to the users for re-watching. They can re-watch the videos any number of times, till the expiry of the validity of the Course. (See Validity of the Course section of Terms for more details) The medium of instruction of the course will be in English only. The Syllabus and the contents of the Course have been developed keeping in mind that it should benefit majority of the students who will be purchasing or subscribing to our course. Hence, the syllabus of a course provided in our website or application may differ from your prescribed syllabus or curriculum of your college/ university. Care should be taken by the students to read, verify and confirm the suitability of the course to their curriculum.
The students can access to the subscribed content on any of the devices such as, a Smartphone, a Tablet computer (also called as just a Tab), a Laptop or a Desktop computer. To access the Course, the users can use any one of the below mentioned ways: 1. Download Learning Prism application from Play Store - if the User is using an Android Smartphone or an Android Tab 2. Use Chrome browser only - if the User is using any windows Desktop or Laptop. For the time being, we are not allowing login to our website from other browsers. Inconvenience is regretted 3. Use Safari browser only - if the User is using iPhone or iPad or iMac or MacBook (any Apple device) We are not providing the downloading facility for any video of any Course. The students can watch the recorded videos or access the documents or attend live interactive sessions for any number of times until their Course validity period expires. The Registered students refer to those students who have willingly registered with us to know about our product and appropriateness of the Course to their study for improving their academic performance or technical skills. A registered student will be treated as or called as a Subscriber until he/ she subscribes (or purchases) to any course. The Subscribed students refer to those students who have willingly subscribed or purchased at least one Course on our website after finding their eligibility for the same.
Age: If you have crossed 18 years of age, then you have the eligibility to register or subscribe to the course on your own. If you have not crossed 18 years of age, then we recommend that you should register or subscribe under the guidance of your parent or guardian. You (the Subscriber) or the parent or the guardian should personally check for the eligibility and requirement of the product which we offer. We recommend you to purchase our course for improving your technical and inter-personal skills or academic performance only. Our course is not a substitute to your regular classes or practice sessions which you will be attending in your college or university.
The maximum validity period of any Course is 180 days (except stated specific time frame) from the day they subscribe to it, excluding the day on which the subscription has been made. Also, the date of subscription may start from any other date mentioned clearly in the website or app, depending upon the Course launch etc. Until we change our Terms, we declare that the above said statement is true to any course being provided. This means that after the 180 days, User will not be able to access the resources provided (including any documents or pictures or video) on our website. Some Courses may have more than 180 days validity depending upon the course type like Personality Development, Career guidance, Time Management etc., where the validity period will be clearly mentioned on the website or app or in the Course Information document. We may change the validity of the Courses being offered to the future subscribing students.

For the students who join any of our course, the syllabus and the mode of instruction (pre-recorded classes or LIVE classes) will remain same till the validity period of the course. We may change syllabus or modify the existing courses for the future subscribing students only. These modifications or additions does not comply to already subscribed students. Under no circumstances, a request for modification or addition of topics in the syllabus or change in the mode of instruction for any course will be entertained.
The prices mentioned for any Course on our website includes Course fee, 18% GST (Government fee on Digital Educational product) and 2% Transaction charges of Payment Gateway (RazorPay). Payment gateways charge us 2% of the transaction amount (which the Subscriber pays finally at the time of checkout) for utilizing their services for collection of payment from users. Hence, 2% transaction charges are compulsory. We run offers from time to time for the benefit of the students across the nation and also international students (if anyone is interested). The offers we provide are very competitive. We provide these offers to encourage vast majority of students to imbibe a sense of seriousness in their career and academics. We may continue or cancel any offer shown, without any prior notice. But we take utmost care to inform the Subscribers or Users in advance regarding cancellation or continuation of any offer being made. But, we don’t promise anything. Hence, we encourage the students who are interested in our Courses, to subscribe to the Course of their requirement before the offer ends.
Under NO circumstances, a subscription to a Course will be cancelled or a refund will be initiated once the payment has been done to any Course. It’s the sole responsibility of the Student or the Parent (or Guardian), to check for the suitability or appropriateness of the course to him/her and also their requirement for the Course. We are adhering to our Cancellation policy very strictly and we would not entertain any request made for Cancellation of any Subscription done or initiation of Refund for any payment made. Learning Prism provides only Digital Educational Products such as LIVE classes or Pre-recorded lectures corresponding to the subjects of Engineering curriculum. All of the Courses available right now or made available in the near future corresponds to these types of products only, i.e., Digital Educational products only. Hence, we believe that a student Subscribes to our Courses only after properly knowing about our Courses or Products available.
The content provided in our website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to screen record live interactive session or download any video of any course. You are permitted to download only documents such as Syllabus, Question bank (if any) which will be made available to you in the form of PDFs or MS Word files or JPEG pictures. If you try to download or screen record any video or live class using illegal ways , we will initiate immediate termination of your Subscription and may initiate legal action against you.
The quality and resolution of the Live classes or recorded videos which you will be receiving may vary based on the internet bandwidth available at your end. While we aim and strive to provide you with a minimum resolution of 720p for our Live classes or recorded videos, we encourage you to recharge your mobile or tab with daily data usage of at least 3 GB or above. If you have broadband connection, we encourage you to upgrade your internet speed to at least 50 MBPS for streaming videos or live classes without buffer. We have taken utmost care and put extreme efforts to provide accurate, correct and error free content in our services being provided, may it be the website or course or application. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors may occur. In such cases, we deny any responsibility for the errors or inaccuracy of the information. Any feedback from User is most welcome to make the Application and contents thereof error free and user friendly.
We reserve the right to contact you through SMS or e-mail or voice call, to provide you information regarding our Course(s) or offers. From time to time we shall notify you regarding any updates or new course launches through above specified communication channels. When you accept our terms while Registering to the website or Subscribing to our course, you are expressly granting permission to our employees or associates to contact you for providing information regarding our products, offerings and promotions. We shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to your mobile or tablet or computer or any other hardware and / or software and/or instrument, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed, resulting from the use of our products and Services by the user.
