'Learning Prism' provides only Digital Educational Products such as LIVE classes or Pre-recorded lectures corresponding to the subjects of Engineering curriculum. All of the Courses available right now or made available in the near future corresponds to these types of products only, i.e., Digital Educational products only.
Hence, shipping of our products (service related) is through Online courses only (as Digital product), where a student who has subscribed to any of our Courses will be accessing our products in the form of Recorded videos, Live classes, PDF documents or any other course material in the form of Online Streaming or Downloads or Live Streaming only. We do not have any products which needs to be sent physically to the customers address.
Regarding exchange of our Products: No Course can be exchanged to any other available Course even though the prices are same. A student who has subscribed to One course should continue to attend to attend Live classes corresponding to that Course only and also will have access to all the Recorded videos and other documents related to that course only and cannot request for change of access to other Courses available in our website.
