information, including but not limited to Name, Email address, Phone number, Billing address and
Payment information. Also, we will collect information regarding the Courses you are enrolled in,
progress, and completion status. Your participation in live classes, including chat logs, attendance
records, and any contributions made during the class.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in
this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax,
accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either
delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal
information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information
and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
A minor is referred to as someone under the age of 18. As we are providing Course(s) to Engineering
students, where a student (he/she) will be of 16 or 17 years of age while taking admission to Engineering
degree, obviously they are our target audience for our business for providing Courses for the benefit of
them. Hence, we may collect personal data of a minor student like Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number
and Email address.
We request the Parent/Guardian of the student who is getting enrolled to our Course(s) to take the
responsibility of the child (whose age is less than 18) corresponding to sharing the personal data of the
student. If the Parent/Guardian is not willing to share the personal data of the student, they can share
their data like mobile number or email address for accessing our website
You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province,
or state of residence. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may
be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your
consent at any time.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor,
when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in
reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information
from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud,
troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with
applicable legal requirements.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-
Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data
about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology
standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically
communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we
must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
